What are your opening hours?
We are open Monday – Friday from 9am until 5pm, Saturday from 9am until 1pm and Sunday we will only see people who have made an appointment.
Do you service all areas of Melbourne?
Yes. Our services are available to people living in metropolitan Melbourne and the Mornington Peninsula.
Can you provide customer references?
Yes. We are happy to provide customer references upon request.
Do you have a guarantee on your work?
Yes. There is a 7 year manufacturers warranty on doors, panels and drawer fronts. 10 year guarantee on hardware and 10 year guarantee on stone benchtops.
Do you only do kitchen renovations?
No. We also do bathroom and laundry renovations as well.
Do you offer free consultations and/or quotes?
Yes. We can organise a free in home consultation with a qualified kitchen designer.
Will the agreed price change at any point?
No. Not unless the client makes adjustments to their order.
How long does a kitchen renovation usually take?
The typical kitchen renovation project usually takes 4-6 weeks. Every project is unique so the timing of your project will be discussed with your kitchen designer.
Do you organise the tradespeople?
Yes. We can organise tradespeople or you can organise your own.
What brands do you use?
The brands we use are listed on the bottom of the home page, however, we are not limited to these brands.
Is it better to reface cabinets or install new ones?
Based on our experience, in most cases it’s better to install new cabinets. Talk to our kitchen designer for more information and advice.
